WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

Our official business hours are Monday-Thursday from 8 AM – 4 PM CST. We try our best to answer emails within 48 hours, though it may take a tad longer to reply during the weekend.

 

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Most items are processed and shipped within 5 business days, plus shipping time. Please not that we don’t ship on weekends or holidays. Some items (apparel, phone cases, totes, pillows) are shipped directly from our manufacturers. Please allow additional time for these items to be processed (usually shipped within 5-7 business days). We do our very best to get your package to you as soon as possible.

 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

To ensure the most accurate rates, shipping prices are based on the weight of the items you purchase. Packages weighing 13 oz. or less will be shipped USPS First Class Mail, while packages weighing over 13 oz. will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. A confirmation email, including tracking number, will be sent when your order has shipped. Please not that items may be shipped separately. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, however, Paper Berry Press cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are currently only ship within the US. However, we’re making plans to ship internationally later this year!

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Your order may be cancelled as long as it hasn’t been processed and shipped. Because orders are packaged and shipped so quickly, please contact us via email at hello@paperberrypress.com within the first 24 hours of purchase. Don’t forget to include your order number too!

 

OOPS!  I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS.  MAY I CHANGE IT?

Please email us at hello@paperberrypress.com right away if you notice a mistake to the shipping address. We will try our best to fix the error & see if it can be changed. As a precaution, please make sure to always double check all information before submitting your order at checkout.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?

Requests for a refund must be made within 5 days of item(s) arrival. Some items are not available for returns/exchanges, including digital printables and final sale items. Please contact us via email at hello@paperberrypress.com to start the return/exchange process. Make sure to include your order number, itemIs) needing to be returned, and reason for return. When preparing your item(s) for return, please ensure that they are in their original packaging. Your refund/exchange will be issued/sent once we’ve received the returned item(s) and have made sure they’re in perfect condition. Please note that they buyer is responsible for ALL shipping fees incurred and that Paper Berry Press will not refund any shipping costs.

 

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED.  NOW WHAT?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@paperberrypress.com within 5 days of the items arrival. Please include your order number and picture of damaged item(s). Please not that we have no control with how the postal service handles your package after it leaves our studio. However, we will do our bestto rectify the situation. We want you to be a happy customer. That’s the Paper Berry Press way!

 

DO YOU OFFER PRE-ORDER OR BACK-ORDER ITEMS?

We sure do! The estimated shipping dates for all preorder/backorder items can be found on the item’s description within the listing. We will do our very best to have your item shipped by this date, but please remember, it is an estimated date. Please email hello@paperberrypress.com if you have any additional questions.

 

I WANT TO SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT.  WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Awesome! We love helping our customers bring a little Paper Berry Press to others. Simply fill in the recipients address in the ‘Shipping Address’ section at checkout. We currently don’t include invoices in our packages since so many people send items from our shop as gifts.

 

CAN YOU SEND A PERSONALIZED NOTE WITH MY ORDER?

Yes & No. We will gladly include a personalized note for items that are shipped from our Texas studio. Items that are shipped directly from our manufacturers (apparel, phone cases, totes, pillows) are unable for this service at this time.

 

MY ORDER IS OVER $75 BUT IT'S STILL CHARGING ME FOR SHIPPING.  HOW DO I RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING AS ADVERTISED?

When adding items to your cart, you’re ‘subtotal’ must be equal to/greater than $75 in order to receive free shipping. Please not that the subtotal is calculated after sale prices, but before sales tax and shipping.

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Not at this time…though we hope to in the near future.

We love sharing Paper Berry Press with others! Contact us via email at hello@paperberrypress.com with your request. We are a small business and get a ton of submissions. Though we’d love to donate to everyone, we have a limited amount of donations we can be a part of.

 

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM DESIGNS / PERSONALIZATION / LOGO BRANDING?

Unfortunately, we are not taking any custom work at this time.
